Hello,

we would like to inform you that currently we are experiencing severe performance degradation in the US region, which could also impact access to workspaces via Backstage CMS and other apps.

We are working actively on restoring the functionality of the platform.

Investigating
Hello,

We have encountered a sudden load surge on our servers at around 17:08 CEST. Although we have pinpointed the issue and have fixed it, we still observe slowness in some areas of our apps. We are therefore continuing carefully monitoring and investigating the situation.
